how to get refund from facebook.com, Facebook.me/ads fb.me/ads if you are victim of credit card fraud.

Hi All,

Those who lost money in credit card/Debit Card fraud can get back money using below steps. In some cases Bank or police will not help. They are not interested. They are not interested to reduce cyber crime and dont want to waste their time for helping you.  I have decided to create this blog and help people who are victim of credit/Debit card fraud and if you have lost your hard earned money through

Credit card fraud from gateway of FACEBK ADS.

My friend had lost INR 55,000  in October last year. Somebody used his SBI credit card for the  transaction in facebook.com website and had done payment through Ad (facebook) account using his credit card.  Surprisly , This transaction was done in Vietnamese currency.   But finaly , He got his money back within 5 days when I helped him to raise issue to Facebook.

Please follow this steps . You may get your money back if you raise complaint as soon as possible. I have also created video and posted on youtube.

I already got my refund, anyways, I was able to contact facebook after a while and then they investigated the incident then told me to return the money back to the source however, I was also contacting the bank and the bank told me they already returned the money but it is not reflected in my account yet and I got a little anxious. 14. Biography
I'm a high-energy 70-year-old who loves to write. Back when I was a kid growing up in the Deep South, we used to sit under grandmother's dining room table, sharing ghost stories after dinner. That got me hooked on storytelling. As a Presbyterian Minister and community building consultant, my work brings me in contact with community leaders who are mobilizing others to make a positive difference in so many communities around the United States and the world. Building Communities of Hope highlights some of these incredible people and amazing communities. People who are community builders build upon community assets, bring others to the table and create networks of compassion.Organizations that serve communities, like healthcare systems and schools, can be anchors in communities. At my age, I'm finding it increasingly important to support people and organizations that overcome obstacles to create long-lasting positive change. We can overcome challenges, inequities, and disasters when we mobilize for collective impact. It's a wild and wonderful ride!

  20. Hi Shiv,

    Thank you for contacting Facebook.

We've detected suspicious activity surrounding your card that resulted in purchases you didn't make. I've issued you a refund for those fraudulent purchases.

Your payment provider usually makes the refund available to you within three to five working days. If you still haven't received the money after seven to nine working days, I recommend contacting your payment provider for help getting your refund. Bear in mind that we won't be able to refund any overdraft or service fees that you may receive.

If you'd like to learn more about keeping your account secure, please follow this link: https://www.facebook.com/help/213481848684090

I'm sorry this happened. Please contact us if you have other issues.

    Thanks

I got the above reply from Facebook but still i'm not sure that how Facebook will initiate refund when my card is already blocked . I mean how can any transaction now happen on that card be it credit /debit when the card itself is blocked .
    Plz make this clear

  22. Finally RBL Bank has provisionally credited the Card account with the disputed amount.
Also they have confirmed me that there are no dues to be paid by me basis the provisional credit provided .

Also they have confirmed me that this case is under investigation and they will revert to me after receiving necessary clarification from the merchant by 15 October.
Till then I got information from bank that Facebook has reverted one transaction out of 10 , I'm waiting for confirmation from bank that FACEBOOK have reverted all 10 transactions 😊

  30. Greetings, Sir On April 25, 2024, I encountered the same situation. I wrote to Facebook about it, read your blog step-by-step, and gave all the data Meta requested. Meta said, "After careful review, I've determined that we're unable to take further action regarding this matter," after receiving multiple responses.
What should I do next? Regards

    1. Facebook reacted to me three times asking for my transaction number, card number, and transaction history. After all, they didn't really assist me, but my bank did, and I was able to get my money back by emailing both the payment gateway, Visa, and my bank. They responded and fixed my issue. In my experience, Facebook does nothing in such a situation.
